Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right, without giving any reason, to unilaterally terminate a distance contract within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email or via the contract withdrawal form).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may use the withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The refund will be carried out using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

Effects of withdrawal

You are obliged to return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us.

The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods made to the buyer's specifications


• goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly


• sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery


• digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent
